Data Deletion Instructions Regina Stellar Productions LTD. (operating as Stellar Productions) · Last updated: June 23, 2026 This page explains how to request deletion of the data that Stellar Productions stores about you in connection with our CRM application “CRM Stellar by DV,” including any data obtained from your connected Facebook or Instagram accounts. What gets deleted Your access tokens for any connected Facebook Page or Instagram Business account. Basic account and Page details we stored to display your connected accounts. Posts, captions, and media you created or uploaded in the CRM, where applicable. Option 1 — Disconnect inside the app Log in to the CRM at crm.stellarproductions.ca. Go to your connected accounts / integrations. Select the Facebook or Instagram account and choose “Disconnect” or “Remove.” This revokes our access and deletes the stored access token for that account. Option 2 — Remove access from Facebook Go to your Facebook Business Integrations settings. Find “CRM Stellar by DV” in the list of connected apps. Select it and choose “Remove.” This revokes the app’s access to your Facebook and Instagram data. Option 3 — Email us to request deletion Send a deletion request to dhrumil@stellarproductions.ca with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address or account used.
