Web Developer
Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Web Developer with strong hands-on experience in modern website development to join our team at Stellar Productions LTD. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in front-end and/or back-end development, with experience working across multiple platforms and technologies. Projects may involve building websites using WordPress or Wix, or custom development using HTML/CSS paired with PHP. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, values clean and responsive design, and wants to grow in a flexible and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and optimize websites using WordPress (required) and other platforms when needed.
- Develop and customize websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (required).
- Work with Elementor, themes, and plugins to create and manage websites.
- Troubleshoot bugs, fix layout issues, and improve site performance.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and user experience.
- Implement basic SEO best practices (on-page structure, speed, tags, etc.)
- Manage hosting basics, including domains, DNS, and deployments
- Collaborate with the team on website updates and new builds.
Key Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in WordPress, PHP (must),HTML, CSS, JavaScript (must).
- Experience with Elementor, themes, and plugins
- Basic understanding of UI/UX and responsive design.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly
- Experience working with WordPress and/or Wix.
- Comfortable working independently and solving problems.Strong attention to detail and user-focused design sense.
- SEO knowledge is a plus, or you must be willing to learn and apply it.
- Strong attention to detail and clean coding practices
- Good communication and reliability.
Design & Creative Support (Important):
- Create simple design assets using Canva or similar tools.
- Assist with basic graphic tasks (icons, banners, UI elements).
- Perform basic image editing (resizing, optimization, cleanup).
- Maintain visual consistency across web pages.
AI & Tools (Strong Advantage):
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, AI design tools, etc.)
- Ability to use AI to improve workflow efficiency, coding, or design output
- Willingness to learn and integrate AI into daily work
Pay:
- Pay$15.00-$20.00 per hour
- Expected hours:20 – 32 per week
