(“Stellar Productions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our customer relationship management (CRM) software and related services, including our social media publishing tools that connect to Facebook and Instagram (the “Service”). Who we are Stellar Productions is a branding, video production, and social media management agency based in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. We operate the application “CRM Stellar by DV,” which our team uses to publish and schedule content to the Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts that our clients have authorized us to manage on their behalf. Information we collect Account information: Name, email address, and login credentials for users of our CRM. Facebook and Instagram data: When a user connects a Facebook or Instagram account, we access the list of Facebook Pages and connected Instagram Business accounts the user manages, basic Page and account details (name, ID, profile picture), and the access tokens needed to publish content on the user’s behalf. Content you create: Posts, captions, images, and videos that you create or upload in our CRM for publishing or scheduling. Usage information: Basic technical and log data needed to operate and secure the Service. How we use information To publish and schedule posts (images, videos, captions, Reels, and Stories) to the Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts you have authorized, at your direction. To display your connected Pages and accounts in the CRM so you can confirm you are posting to the correct account. To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your Facebook or Instagram data for advertising or for any purpose other than providing the publishing and scheduling features you request. How we share information We share information only as needed to operate the Service: with Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to publish your content via their official APIs, with infrastructure and hosting providers that run our software, and where required by law. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing. Data retention We retain account information and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Access tokens are retained only while your account remains connected. You may disconnect a Facebook or Instagram account at any time, which revokes our access. Security We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
